The consequence of mismatched buffers in purity checks when spectral cell sorting
Cytometry Part A, Volume 105, Issue 12, Page 909-914, December 2024.With the advent of spectral cell sorters, care needs to be taken to match the sample input buffer with collection buffer when post‐sort purity checks are carried out. This study has shown that when mismatched buffers are used a shift in spectral signatures of fluorophores can occur.
