Paneth Cell Adenoma of the Stomach
The American Journal of Surgical Pathology, 1989A case of Paneth cell adenoma of the stomach in a 75-year-old woman is reported. At histological examination, a tubular adenoma with low-grade (moderate) dysplasia was found. The dysplastic cells had distinct coarse cytoplasmic granules that stained red with eosin and PAS but were negative with alcian blue pH 2.5.
