Kao primjer navode se središta kao što su Mursa, Siscija, Salona i druga. U lociranju mitrijskih središta važna je bila uloga portorija: Senija, Salona, Narona (?).

From the Croation territory (wich includes parts of Roman Dalmatia and Roman Pannonia as well as a part of Histria) altogether 25 sites are confirmed, wich provided: 29 votive aras, 35 reliefs and 5 mithraeums. The bulk of the mithraic cult was certainly connected with the major Roman roads and water communications.
