From the Croation territory (wich includes parts of Roman Dalmatia and Roman Pannonia as well as a part of Histria) altogether 25 sites are confirmed, wich provided: 29 votive aras, 35 reliefs and 5 mithraeums. The bulk of the mithraic cult was certainly connected with the major Roman roads and water communications.
