The expanding antimicrobial diversity of the genus Pantoea
With the rise of antimicrobial resistance, there is high demand for novel antimicrobials to combat multi-drug resistant pathogens. The bacterial genus Pantoea produces a diversity of antimicrobial natural products effective against a wide range of bacterial and fungal targets.

This review highlights recent advances in understanding how plant protection programs and alternative fungicides affect the taxonomic composition of the grapevine phyllosphere microbiota. Bacterial and fungal communities are primarily shaped by the plant compartment, vineyard location, and sampling time. Plant protection programs generally have a minor

Targeting the symbiont Candidatus Pantoea carbekii offers a novel way to manage the invasive brown marmorated stink bug (Halyomorpha halys). Among the three commercial bio‐products tested, Dentamet significantly reduced symbiont acquisition and caused up to 75% nymphal mortality in laboratory conditions, which was confirmed by quantitative Real‐Time ...

Pantoea agglomerans cutaneous infection
Pantoea agglomerans is a rare Gram-negative bacterium most often implicated in plant diseases and opportunistic organ system infections in immunocompromised humans. Because P. agglomerans uncommonly causes skin infections and presents with nonspecific clinical and histological findings, dermatologic diagnosis may be delayed.

Harnessing Fungal Biowelding for Constructing Mycelium‐Engineered Materials
Mycelium‐bound composites (MBCs) offer low‐carbon alternatives for construction, yet interfacial bonding remains a critical challenge. This review examines fungal biowelding as a biocompatible adhesive, elucidating mycelium‐mediated interfacial mechanisms and their role in material assembly. Strategies to optimize biowelding are discussed, highlighting

ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANCE OF PANTOEA AGGLOMERANS
Aim. So far as one of the additional criteria of species differentiation may be data on the sensitivity of its representatives to antibiotics the aim of this research was to study the susceptibility of the members of P. agglomerans to antibiotics. Methods.
