Tumor‐Derived Prostaglandin E2 Promotes Colorectal Cancer Progression by Inducing N2‐Type TAN Polarization

open access: yesCancer Science, Volume 117, Issue 1, Page 19-32, January 2026.
We demonstrated that PGE2 released from LDs in CRC cells plays important roles in N2‐type TANs polarization. PGE2 enters neutrophils through its receptor EP2/EP4 to stimulate ROS‐mediated FOXO3a methylation, thereby increasing the polarization of N2‐type TANs.
