Engineering and Structural Elucidation of a Sac7d‐Derived IgG Fc‐Specific Affitin and Its Application for the Light‐Controlled Affinity Purification of Antibodies

open access: yesChemBioChem, Volume 26, Issue 11, June 3, 2025.
An affitin derived from the Sac7d scaffold enables the light‐controlled affinity purification of antibodies under physiological conditions, thus overcoming limitations of protein A chromatography. X‐ray crystallographic analysis and affinity measurements reveal complex formation with Fc at the CH2/CH3 junction, similar to protein A/G and FnRn. Combined

Efficient Parallel PAPR Reduction Method Using Null-Constrained Peak Cancellation Signal for Massive MIMO-OFDM Systems

open access: yesIEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society
In this paper, we propose new methods for reducing the peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) for downlink massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) along with orthogonal frequency division multiplexing. We develop the PAPR reduction method based on peak

A Novel Synonymous Variant of PAX2 in Monochorionic Diamniotic Twins With Bilateral Renal Agenesis: A Case Report and Literature Review

open access: yesMolecular Genetics &Genomic Medicine, Volume 13, Issue 6, June 2025.
A novel synonymous variant of PAX2 in monochorionic diamniotic twins with bilateral renal dysplasia was demonstrated to be associated with PAX2‐disorders through the integration of clinical findings and minigene assay results. ABSTRACT Background Paired Box 2 (PAX2, NM_000278.5) encodes paired box gene 2, one of many human homologs of the Drosophila ...

OFDM system energy efficiency increasing method based on peak-factor decrease

open access: yesФизика волновых процессов и радиотехнические системы, 2018
In this work the peak-factor decreasing method for the OFDM systems is proposed, based on the group spectrum subcarriers processing and the signal constellation rotation.

Scrambled UFMC and OFDM Techniques With APSK Modulation in 5G Networks Using Particle Swarm Optimization

open access: yesIEEE Access
This research addresses the challenges of high Peak-to-Average Power Ratio (PAPR), sideband leakage, and spectrum efficiency in 5G wireless networks. We compare Universal Filtered Multi-Carrier (UFMC), Scrambled UFMC (S-UFMC), and Orthogonal Frequency ...

Comparative Genome Analysis of Three Halobacillus Strains Isolated From Saline Environments Reveal Potential Salt Tolerance and Algicidal Mechanisms

open access: yesEnvironmental Microbiology Reports, Volume 17, Issue 3, June 2025.
Following the previous complete genome analysis, this research provides the function of new Halobacillus species. Three strains were identified: Halobacillus shinanisalinarum sp. nov. SSTM10‐2T, Halobacillus salinarum sp. nov. SSBR10‐3T, and Halobacillus amylolyticus sp. nov. SSHM10‐5T.

Adaptive Interference Restriction Among Spatial Streams Based on Difference in Singular Values for PAPR Reduction in Uplink Eigenmode Massive MIMO Transmission

open access: yesIEEE Access
In this paper, we propose two peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) reduction methods that apply adaptive in-band interference restriction based on singular value differences between spatial channels in uplink eigenmode massive multiple-input multiple ...

Peak-to-Average Power Ratio in the Circuit Design of a 20MHz Bandwidth of a Wireless LAN IEEE 802.11n

open access: yesInternational Journal of Technology, 2015
An important aspect of the Wireless Local Area Network’s (WLAN) physical layer design is its Peak-to-Average Power Ratio (PAPR) that has an important role in the power amplifier’s linearity and efficiency.

Exoproteomic Evidence for BcTSPO‐Mediated Regulation of Virulence Factors in Bacillus cereus

open access: yesPROTEOMICS, Volume 25, Issue 7, April 2025.
ABSTRACT Bacillus cereus translocator protein (BcTSPO) is a transmembrane protein that plays a regulatory role in various Bacillus cereus phenotypes, potentially including its virulence. Given that the exoproteome is a major determinant of B.
