Engineering and Structural Elucidation of a Sac7d‐Derived IgG Fc‐Specific Affitin and Its Application for the Light‐Controlled Affinity Purification of Antibodies

An affitin derived from the Sac7d scaffold enables the light‐controlled affinity purification of antibodies under physiological conditions, thus overcoming limitations of protein A chromatography. Comparative Genome Analysis of Three Halobacillus Strains Isolated From Saline Environments Reveal Potential Salt Tolerance and Algicidal Mechanisms
