Ultrafast Dynamics of Spin Current and Electron Temperature in Spintronic Terahertz Emitters
This work quantifies optical‐pump‐induced THz transmission variations to reveal electron and lattice temperature dynamics and presents time‐resolved THz spectral maps for sub‐picosecond analysis. A 63 ± 8 fs time lag between THz emission and laser excitation is identified, serving as an intrinsic parameter limiting the upper frequency of spintronic THz

The article is an attempt to examine the degree of dependency of Jerome’s exegesis of the parables from the Gospel of St. Matthew on the exegesis of the same texts by Origen. The primary sources are Jerome’s Commentary on the Gospel of St.

How to understand the parables of Jesus. A paradigm shift in parable exegesis
For many years, the exegesis of the parables of Jesus was determined by assumptions that were largely purported by Adolf Jülicher and subsequently underwent only insignificant modification. The Kompendium der Gleichnisse Jesu (ed. R.

A continuous conductivity gradient is formed in a porous MXene/melamine foam via directional evaporation, thereby improving impedance matching and enhancing electromagnetic attenuation. The resulting monolithic composite delivers absorption‐dominant EMI shielding with ultralow reflection, offering a simple route toward lightweight EMI shielding ...

Electromagnetic Radiation Stimulated Learning in Perovskite Nickelates
ABSTRACT Biological plasticity refers to the ability of synapses to strengthen or weaken over time. These adaptive properties play a fundamental role in learning and memory, spanning many orders of magnitude in timescales. Short‐term plasticity (STP) arises from rapid correlative activity, while long‐term plasticity (LTP) is governed by slower ...

Unhiding the voices of women in the Parable of the Good Samaritan: A call for academic inclusion
The parables of Jesus are often susceptible to patriarchal, androcentric interpretations. By using a realistic reading and social-scientific criticism, this article will investigate the voices, roles, and presence of women in the parable of the Good ...

Puzzling the Jesus of the Parables: A response to Ruben Zimmermann
This article responds to Ruben Zimmermann’s latest book, Puzzling the Parables of Jesus (2015). In particular, one aspect of his proposed method is challenged, namely, his conscious attempt to do away with considerations of the pre-Easter context when ...

A robust, substrate‐independent fabrication approach overcomes the spectral and geometric limitations of traditional stray‐light suppression. By combining ink spray‐coating with self‐assembled microsphere mask etching, this method produces parabolic‐shaped microstructures on diverse planar and curved engineering components.

Jesus’ antagonistic encounters with the Pharisees serve traditionally as a basis for the poor relationship between Christianity and Judaism. The conflict stories epitomized by Jesus’ parables have been assessed as descriptions of how he either ...

Interacting Parallel Fluidic Hysterons
The parallel coupling of fluidic hysterons is introduced, establishing advanced functionalities in inflatable soft systems. A pressure–volume framework reveals how preset volumes Δv∗${\Delta }v^*$ tune nonlinear interactions between hysterons and actuation sequences without changing architecture. Experiments validate the predictions, opening new routes
