Reserves Uncertainty Calculation Accounting for Parameter Uncertainty
Canadian International Petroleum Conference, 2007Abstract An important goal of geostatistical modeling is to assess output uncertainty after processing realizations through a transfer function, in particular, to assess the uncertainty in the recoverable reserves.

Reducing Hydrologic Parameter Uncertainty
Journal of the Water Resources Planning and Management Division, 1981A methodology is introduced that can be used in hydrologic frequency analysis to reduce the parameter uncertainty. The methodology consists of developing generalized values of the parameters (mean, standard deviation, and skewness) through the use of a weighting procedure between sample and regionalized statistics.
