Parametric Reshaping of Portrait Images for Weight-change
IEEE Computer Graphics and Applications, 2018We present an easy-to-use parametric image retouching method for thinning or fattening a face in a single portrait image while maintaining a close similarity to the source image. First, our method reconstructs a 3D face from the input face image using a morphable model.

Preliminary non-parametric diagnoses suggest that exogenous shifters of price and expenditure need not be introduced into a parametric model.

A Non-Parametric Approach to the Change-Point Problem
Applied Statistics, 1979Non‐parametric techniques are introduced for the change‐point problem. Exact and approximate results are obtained for testing the null hypothesis of no change. The methods are illustrated by the analysis of three sets of data illustrating the techniques for zero–one observations, Binomial observations and continuous observations.

Non-parametric change point detection for spike trains
2016 Annual Conference on Information Science and Systems (CISS), 2016Two techniques of non-parametric change point detection are applied to two different neuroscience datasets. In the first dataset, we show how the multivariate non-parametric change point detection can precisely estimate reaction times to input stimulation in the olfactory system using joint information of spike trains from several neurons.

Nonparametric and Parametric Methods for Change-Point Detection in Parametric Models
2018We consider a posteriori and a priori change-point models. The parametric regression functions of the each phase can be nonlinear or linear, and moreover, in the linear case, the number of the explanatory variables could be large. Theoretical results and simulations are presented for each model.
