An Adaptive Semi-Parametric and Context-Based Approach to Unsupervised Change Detection in Multitemporal Remote-Sensing Images [PDF]
In this paper, a novel automatic approach to the unsupervised identification of changes in multitemporal remote-sensing images is proposed. This approach, unlike classical ones, is based on the formulation of the unsupervised change-detection problem in ...

Non‐parametric detection and estimation of structural change [PDF]
Summary We propose a semi-non-parametric approach to the estimation and testing of structural change in time series regression models. Under the null of a given set of the coefficients being constant, we develop estimators of both the time-varying (non-parametric) and constant (parametric) components.

Perturbation analysis of a parametrically changed sine-Gordon equation [PDF]
A long Josephson junction with a spatially varying inductance is a physical manifestation of a modified sine-Gordon equation with parametric perturbation. Soliton propagation in such Josephson junctions is discussed. First, for an adiabatic model where the inductance changes smoothly compared with soliton size, transmission or reflection of the soliton

ABSTRACT A second allogeneic (allo‐)hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT2) is a potential curative option for pediatric patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) following relapse after first allogeneic transplantation (HSCT1), but its efficacy is limited by high relapse rates and transplant‐related toxicity in highly pretreated ...

Unsupervised non-parametric change point detection in electrocardiography [PDF]
We propose a new unsupervised and non-parametric method to detect change points in electrocardiography. The detection relies on optimal transport theory combined with topological analysis and the bootstrap procedure. The algorithm is designed to detect changes in virtually any harmonic or a partially harmonic signal and is verified on ECG data streams.

Abstract Background A routine baseline echocardiogram is often obtained prior to anthracycline administration in children with cancer. The utility of baseline echocardiogram is unclear in patients with standard risk B‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (SR B‐ALL) as their anthracycline cumulative dose is low.

Modeling of non-standard geometry of energy-efficient building facades [PDF]
This article describes the approach of parametric modeling using modern software. This decision should help to change the already established rules for building BIM models.

MYCN Amplification in RB1‐Inactivated Retinoblastoma: Association With High‐Risk Features
ABSTRACT Background MYCN amplification occurs in a subset of retinoblastoma cases, both with and without RB1 inactivation. It has been suggested that retinoblastomas with MYCN amplification represent a distinct entity with more aggressive clinical behavior.
