Identifiability of Scalar Linearly Parametrized Polynomial Systems
IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 1991Abstract We present necessary and sufficient conditions for the identification of a vector θ of unknown parameters in scalar dynamical systems of the form x = f (x, θ) + g(x, u), where f(x, θ) is a polynomial function of the state x that is affine in θ, and g(x, u) is a polynomial in the state x and the input u.

Parametric and state estimation for nonlinear polynomial systems
2017 18th International Conference on Sciences and Techniques of Automatic Control and Computer Engineering (STA), 2017This manuscript deals with parametric and state estimation problem of discrete-time nonlinear polynomials systems. In this respect, the aim is to design a Recursive State and Parametric Estimation (RSPE) algorithm, based on least square principle, polynomial adjustable models and Kalman filter theory.

Solving Parametric Polynomial Systems by RealComprehensiveTriangularize
2014In the authors’ previous work, the concept of comprehensive triangular decomposition of parametric semi-algebraic systems (RCTD for short) was introduced. For a given parametric semi-algebraic system, say S, an RCTD partitions the parametric space into disjoint semi-algebraic sets, above each of which the real solutions of S are described by a finite ...

LFT representations of parametrized polynomial systems
IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Fundamental Theory and Applications, 1999Summary: The paper focuses on general linear constant differential systems in which the coefficients depend polynomially on several parameters. It is shown how the system matrix can be written in terms of a linear fractional transformation (LFT), which is a representation that extracts the parametric uncertainty.

Polynomial Toolbox 2.5 and Systems with Parametric Uncertainties 1
IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 2000Abstract Polynomial Toolbox is a new MATLAB toolbox for systems, signals and control analysis and design using polynomial methods. See www.polyx.cz for more details. This paper demonstrates on several examples how the Polynomial Toolbox solves various robust control problems for plants with parametric uncertainties.

NON-ALGEBRAIC LIMIT CYCLES FOR PARAMETRIZED PLANAR POLYNOMIAL SYSTEMS
International Journal of Mathematics, 2007In this paper, we determine conditions for planar systems of the form [Formula: see text] where a, b and c are real constants, to possess non-algebraic limit cycles. This is done as an application of a former theorem gives description of the existence of the non-algebraic limit cycles of the family of systems: [Formula: see text] where Pn(x,y), Qn(x,y)

Parametric Synthesis of Nonlinear Automatic Control Systems with Polynomial Approximation
2019 Wave Electronics and its Application in Information and Telecommunication Systems (WECONF), 2019The article discusses the solution of the problem of the synthesis of the parameters of the control laws of nonlinear continuous and pulse automatic control systems with the polynomial approximation of nonlinearities. As a mathematical apparatus, the inversion of the direct variational method of analysis — the generalized Galerkin method — is used to ...

Polynomial Chaos Expansion for Parametric Problems in Engineering Systems: A Review
IEEE Systems Journal, 2020In engineering systems with uncertain parameters, it is crucial for system analysis and control to analyze the relationship between these uncertain parameters and system outputs (or states). Nevertheless, the acquisition of this parameter-output function, termed parametric problem in this article, is not easy because it is usually a complicated ...

Bipolar fuzzy system of linear equations with polynomial parametric form
Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, 2019The notions of center and distance between two Parametric Bipolar Fuzzy Numbers (PBFNs) by giving the preference of right dominance as compared to the left dominance are presented. The solution of Bipolar Fuzzy System of Linear Equations (BFSLEs) is discussed with polynomial parametric bipolar fuzzy number coefficients matrix having crisp real ...
