Paranoid Schizophrenia in a Patient with Klinefelter's Syndrome
Canadian Psychiatric Association Journal, 1964A case is described of a classic Klinefelter's syndrome associated with a florid attack of schizophrenia. The patient also possessed normal intelligence and had exhibited interesting psychosexual deviations. The authors are of the opinion that the concurrence of Klinefelter's syndrome with schizophrenia is purely coincidental.
