Selective knockout of murine glutamic acid‐rich protein 2 significantly alters dark continuous noise in rod photoreceptors

open access: yesThe Journal of Physiology, Volume 604, Issue 1, Page 460-478, 1 January 2026.
Abstract figure legend GARP2 has a minor role in maintaining the structural integrity of the rod outer segments as a function of age, but an important role in regulating rod photoreceptor continuous noise, likely through stabilization of PDE6 basal activity.

Prevalence of Contact Allergy to Rubber Accelerators From the European Baseline Series in Dermatitis Patients: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis

open access: yesContact Dermatitis, Volume 93, Issue 6, Page 439-463, December 2025.
ABSTRACT Rubber accelerators are chemicals used as vulcanizers in the production of rubber items and may cause contact allergy (CA). The aim of this study was to assess the worldwide prevalence of CA to rubber accelerators from the European baseline series among dermatitis patients.

Anchoring Redox Mediator on COFs for Efficient Solar to Hydrogen Conversion

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, Volume 37, Issue 45, November 13, 2025.
In this work, Fe ions are first fixed on COFs skeleton to construct a novel 2D Z‐scheme heterojunction (BWO/Fe/TP1C). The cycling of Fe3+/Fe2+ significantly improves the electron transfer rate. In addition, the construction of 2D Z‐scheme heterojunction not only promotes the separation of photogenerated carriers but also ensures its high redox activity.

Transcriptomic Analysis of Allergic Patch Test Reactions in Non‐Atopic Patients: A Comparative Study Across Multiple Allergens

open access: yesAllergy, Volume 80, Issue 11, Page 3043-3054, November 2025.
This study investigated the immune mechanisms underlying allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) in response to four distinct allergens by using RNA sequencing in a cohort of 40 non‐atopic patients and 19 controls. A shared ACD imprinting across allergens showed strong innate and adaptive responses, dominated by type 1 immunity but with mixed immune ...
