Summary Branchiophryxus koehleri Nierstrasz & Brender, a dajid isopod from the euphausiids Stylocheiron carinatum and S. affine, and Heterophryxus appendiculatus G. O. Sars from Euphausia distinguenda are redescribed. This is the first record of the two genera from the Indian Ocean.
