Introduccion: El hematoma espontaneo de la pared abdominal (HEPA) es una entidad de aparicion infrecuente y de dificil diagnostico debido a la similitud clinica con otros procesos agudos. Suele aparecer en pacientes que siguen tratamiento anticoagulante y se caracteriza por su forma de presentacion brusca como dolor abdominal agudo.
