La pared celular de Listeria no está involucrada en el mecanismo de acción de enterocina CRL35

open access: yes, 2015
In the present work, the cellular envelope of enterocin CRL35‐sensitive and resistant bacteria belonging to the Listeria genus was analyzed. In general, it can be stated that Listeria cells that were susceptible to this bacteriocin were less sensitive to lytic enzyme lysozyme. In addition, there were no significant differences in surface charges.
