From Materials to Systems: Challenges and Solutions for Fast‐Charge/Discharge Na‐Ion Batteries
This review systematically analyzes the key characteristics limiting the fast‐charge/discharge capability of Na‐ion batteries (SIBs) from a multi‐scale perspective encompassing electrode materials, the electrode‐electrolyte interface, and the system. Furthermore, it presents practical solution strategies for the fundamental issues arising at each scale,

Anion‐Driven Solvent Degradation Networks in High‐Concentration Battery Electrolytes
The reaction networks connecting salt reduction to interphase composition in high‐concentration electrolytes are established using automated reaction discovery and microkinetic modeling. Reduced fluoride and trifluoromethyl fragments trigger ring‐opening cascades unavailable to the intact anions.

Near‐Micron Single‐Crystalline Mn‐Rich Cathodes With Exceptional Cycling Stability
Earth‐abundant single‐crystalline Mn‐rich DRX material faces a synthetic limit in particle‐size reduction. Our automated TEM workflow reveals interparticle compositional heterogeneity in early‐stage DRX, which forms minor orthorhombic impurities during cooling and necessitates prolonged annealing.

High‐elevation endemic plants predicted to lose habitat from changing climate in Washington State
Abstract Premise High‐elevation plants face unique challenges from potential climate change impacts that will likely require upslope migration into increasingly smaller suitable habitat. This situation is particularly acute for endemic species that by definition occupy small geographic ranges.

Evolutionary history and taxonomy of the genus Zea
Abstract Premise Taxonomic differentiation of teosinte species (Zea spp.), the closest relatives of maize (Z. mays) is crucial for understanding their distribution, ecology, and evolutionary history. Resolving the taxonomic uncertainties is of scientific interest and has practical implications for biodiversity management, preservation, and utilization.
