What Explains International Interest Rate Co‐Movement?
ABSTRACT The international co‐movement of interest rates reflects correlated business‐cycle fluctuations, largely driven by demand shocks. Monetary policy in advanced economies follows domestic mandates—inflation and the output gap—and does not respond to foreign policy shocks.

Analisa Performansi Low Density Parity Check Code Pada Sistem CDMA [PDF]
The purpose of this final project is to analyze the performance of Low Density Parity Check Code for CDMA system. The analyze is to compare the simulation program of LDPC-CDMA with different parity check matrix LDPC and different amount of active user ...

Adaptive Linear Programming Decoding of Polar Codes
Polar codes are high density parity check codes and hence the sparse factor graph, instead of the parity check matrix, has been used to practically represent an LP polytope for LP decoding.

Abstract Background Few studies have used nationwide registry data from both primary and secondary healthcare services to examine the incidence of attention‐deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children while accounting for early risk factors. We aimed to investigate trends in ADHD diagnoses and associated risk factors.

ABSTRACT A high percentage of women who undergo the transition to postmenopause experience both menopausal symptoms and genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM). However, GSM is often underdiagnosed. This research aims to identify risk factors that may influence the number of GSM symptoms and whether they cause distress in Taiwanese women > 45 years ...

Linear codes on solid bursts and random errors [PDF]
The paper presents lower and upper bounds on the number of parity check digits required for a linear code that detects solid bursts of length $b$ or less and simultaneously any $e$ or less random errors.

Interior Point Decoding for Linear Vector Channels
In this paper, a novel decoding algorithm for low-density parity-check (LDPC) codes based on convex optimization is presented. The decoding algorithm, called interior point decoding, is designed for linear vector channels.

High‐Throughput Screening of Rare‐Earth Compounds as Promising Deep‐Ultraviolet Light Emitters
A high‐throughput screening of rare‐earth compounds is conducted to identify promising deep‐ultraviolet (DUV) light emitters. With carefully designed selection criteria, Na3LuBr6 and Na3TmBr6 are identified as promising candidates. This study accelerates the development of DUV light emitters.

Semi-random and semi-algebraic structural design for IRA-LDPC codes
A method of semi-random and semi-algebraic structure was presented for constructing the low-density parity-check matrix that corresponds to the information bits of the IRA codes.Compared with the existing structural LDPC codes, the distinct advantage of ...

Computing Efficiently a Parity-Check Matrix for ℤ p s -Additive Codes
The Zps-additive codes of length n are subgroups of Zps^n , and can be seen as a generalization of linear codes over Z2, Z4, or more general over Z2s . In this paper, we show two methods for computing a parity-check matrix of a Zps-additive code from a generator matrix of the code in standard form.
