Clinical Features of Cellular Senescence Pathways in Severe Asthma
Allergy, EarlyView. In bronchial biopsies, SASP and p53 pathway enrichment scores are elevated in severe asthma versus non‐severe asthma and healthy controls. SASP enrichment is validated in the independent NOVA cohort. SASP enrichment is also elevated in nasal brushings of participants with nasal polyps, independently of asthma status.Woo‐Jung Song, Nazanin Zounemat Kermani, Ali Versi, Stephany Sánchez‐Ovando, Jodie Louise Simpson, Peter A. Allergy, EarlyView.Longer asthma duration is associated with increased airway non‐T2 inflammation and reduced airway and systemic T2 inflammation. Sputum CXCL9 is independently associated with duration and may predict a reduced poor response to anti‐IL‐4Rα therapy. Airway sampling and combined T2 and non‐T2 targeted strategies may be needed in long‐standing asthma. CXCL9,Freda Yang, Sujin Seo, Takehiro Hasegawa, Chloe I. Haemophilia, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Introduction
Gene therapy (GT) provides sustained FVIII levels without repeated infusions in Hemophilia A (HA) patients thus overcoming a major limitation of replacement therapy. However, issues remain e.g., patient selection criteria, duration and variability of transgene expression, quality of life and long‐term safety.Giovanni Di Minno, Gaia Spadarella, Alessandra Borchiellini, Anna Borrelli, Andrea Buzzi, Giancarlo Castaman, Michele Cecchi, Raimondo De Cristofaro, Vincenzo La Mura, Angelo Lupi, Giuseppe Malcangi, Maria Elisa Mancuso, Maria Francesca Mansueto, Cristina Santoro, Rita Carlotta Santoro, Luigi Piero Solimeno, Annarita Tagliaferri, Ezio Zanon, Isabella Garagiola, Flora Peyvandi +19 morewiley +1 more sourceThe Complex Interplay Between Sleep and Healthy Aging: A Scoping Review

Journal of Applied Social Psychology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT
Witnessing racial discrimination can be a powerful moral encounter, yet little is known about how minority group members respond when the targets are other minorities, such as Black people. Across three studies, we examined when witnessing discrimination predicts intra‐minority allyship with Black people. Journal of Clinical Periodontology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Aim
To evaluate the management of periodontal abscesses and endodontic‐periodontal lesions (EPLs). Methods
Seven focused questions addressed outcomes such as pocket depth (PD), bleeding on probing (BOP), tooth loss or ovoid elevation. The literature search covered three electronic databases and manual sources for intervention studies.Henrik Dommisch, Daniela Hoedke, Marina Dourou, Elena Calciolari, David Herrera, Selena Toma +5 morewiley +1 more source
