Abstract Background Sequential boost radiotherapy (RT) poses a challenge in allocating dose across multiple plans while protecting organs at risk (OARs). Clinicians must decide whether OAR sparing should occur primarily in the initial plan, the boost plan(s), or all plans, resulting in a time‐intensive, iterative optimization process.

Advances in cholesterol and lipoproteins detection for healthcare: A review
Cholesterol is one of the main biomarkers related to the development of cardiovascular diseases. Its detection still relies on traditional methods of analysis, such as gas and liquid chromatographies. Detection of free cholesterol in saliva with redox or enzymatic sensors or detection of lipoproteins in blood with aptamer sensors are currently the most

ABSTRACT Elective neck dissection (END) and sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) are suggested for nodal staging of canine head and neck malignancies (HNM). This study aims to compare the morbidity of END to SLNB. Seventy‐six client‐owned dogs with HNM that underwent END (n = 28) or SLNB (n = 48) in two institutions were retrospectively enrolled ...

A comparison of two structurally related prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA)‐targeted fluorophores revealed that the substitution of the urea motif lysine‐urea‐glutamate (KuE) by a phosphinate leads to probes with low nanomolar PSMA‐affinity, good and specific tumor uptake, and low off‐target tissue retention in mice.
