The distribution of parotid gland neoplasms in a veteran population
Objective: Salivary gland tumors account for 6%–8% of head and neck neoplasms with the parotid gland as the most common primary site. Pleomorphic adenomas (PA) are considered the most common benign parotid gland neoplasms, followed by Warthin tumors (WT).

A deep learning model for inter-fraction head and neck anatomical changes [PDF]
Objective: To assess the performance of a probabilistic deep learning based algorithm for predicting inter-fraction anatomical changes in head and neck patients. Approach: A probabilistic daily anatomy model for head and neck patients $(\mathrm{DAM}_{\mathrm{HN}})$ is built on the variational autoencoder architecture.

ABSTRACT Background Atypical fibroxanthoma (AFX) and pleomorphic dermal sarcoma (PDS) represent clinicopathological variants of a spectrum. It is known that AFX and PDS tumors harbor frequent NOTCH1/2 mutations. However, the expression of Notch signaling pathway‐associated proteins in both tumor cells has not been studied before.
