First report of Griscelli syndrome from Afghan population in IRAN
<ul> <li>A 4 month old Afghan male infant presented with partial albinism, hepatosplenomegaly and pancytopenia. Skin and hair shaft microscopic examination revealed large clumped melanosomes and Griscelli syndrome was diagnosed.
