Regular Partial Residuated Lattices and Their Filters
To express wider uncertainty, Běhounek and Daňková studied fuzzy partial logic and partial function. At the same time, Borzooei generalized t-norms and put forward the concept of partial t-norms when studying lattice valued quantum effect algebras. Based

Structure of Divergence-Free Lie Algebras
One of the four well-known series of simple Lie algebras of Cartan type is the series of Lie algebras of Special type, which are divergence-free Lie algebras associated with polynomial algebras and the operators of taking partial derivatives, connected ...

This work introduces an adaptive human pilot model that captures pilot time‐delay effects in adaptive control systems. The model enables the prediction of pilot–controller interactions, facilitating safer integration and improved design of adaptive controllers for piloted applications.

Biweights and *-homomorphisms of partial *-algebras
Consider two partial *-algebras, 1 and 2, and an *-homomorphism Φ from 1 into 2. Given a biweight ϕ on 2, we discuss conditions under which the natural composition ϕ∘Φ of ϕ and Φ is a biweight on 1.

The space of measurement outcomes as a spectrum for non-commutative algebras [PDF]
Bohrification defines a locale of hidden variables internal in a topos. We find that externally this is the space of partial measurement outcomes. By considering the double negation sheafification, we obtain the space of measurement outcomes which ...

A numerical model resulting from irreversible thermodynamics for describing transport processes is introduced, focusing on thermodynamic activity gradients as the actual driving force for diffusion. Implemented in CUDA C++ and using CalPhaD methods for determining the necessary activity data, the model accurately simulates interdiffusion in aluminum ...

Demonstration of an All‐Optical AND Gate Mediated by Photochromic Molecules
A logic AND gate that runs on photons is demonstrated. It relies on two spatially separated photochromic molecules that work in tandem. Abstract The realization of a photonic logic AND gate, i.e. a logic AND gate that runs on photons rather than electrons, and where all steps are controlled by light, is demonstrated. In a proof‐of‐principle experiment,

Leavitt Path algebras via partial skew ring theory [PDF]
We will introduce the theory or partial actions of groups and their associated algebras. As an example we will realize the Leavitt path algebra associated with a graph as a partial skew group ring.

Backbone Heterojunction Photocatalysts for Efficient Sacrificial Hydrogen Production
Herein, a ‘single‐component’ organic semiconductor photocatalyst is presented in which a molecular donor is bonded to a polymer acceptor. The resultant material demonstrates exceptional photocatalytic activity for hydrogen evolution in aqueous triethylamine with an outstanding external quantum efficiency of 38% at 420 nm.

An Algebraic Theory of Information: An Introduction and Survey
This review examines some particular, but important and basic aspects of information: Information is related to questions and should provide at least partial answers.
