Partial search for multi-carrier GNSS ambiguity resolution

SPIE Proceedings, 2009
GNSS carrier phase integer ambiguity resolution is the key for higher precision positioning and navigation. Due to more ambiguities with the multiple frequencies per system, the successful resolution of all ambiguities may not always be possible. However, a subset of the ambiguities can still be possible.

Precision-Driven Partial Ambiguity Resolution Technique for Short to Medium Baseline Positioning

2021 IEEE Aerospace Conference (50100), 2021
GNSS carrier phase observations are fundamental for safety-critical applications where the requirements of accuracy and availability are stringent. Upon the deployment of new GNSS constellation and frequencies, the large number of observations can lead to a decreased probability of successfully mapping the real-valued carrier phase ambiguities to ...

Partial Preferences and Ambiguity Resolution in Contextual Defeasible Logic

2011
Domains, such as Ambient Intelligence and Social Networks, are characterized by some common features including distribution of the available knowledge, entities with different backgrounds, viewpoints and operational environments, and imperfect knowledge.

Single-Frequency GPS/BDS Combined RTK Positioning with Partial Ambiguity Resolution

2019 IEEE 19th International Conference on Communication Technology (ICCT), 2019
Aiming at the problem that the ambiguity of carrier-phase is usually more difficult to fix and the positioning result is less effective when using low-cost receiver for real-time kinematic (RTK) positioning, a combined adaptive partial ambiguity resolution (CA-PAR) algorithm is proposed in this paper. The algorithm adaptively adjusts the boundary value

Bootstrapping Added Partial Search Strategy for GNSS Integer Ambiguity Resolution

Advanced Materials Research, 2014
Integer least square estimator is known to be optimal in GNSS ambiguity resolution. But it relays on a search in the whole ambiguity space which decreases the computational efficiency. A partial search strategy is proposed in this contribution. The new search is limited in an ambiguity space subset defined by the bootstrapping solution; the search-and ...

Increasing GNSS RTK availability with a new single-epoch batch partial ambiguity resolution algorithm [PDF]

open access: yesGPS Solutions, 2010
GPS Single-epoch Real-Time Kinematic positioning is immune to cycle slips and can be immediately re-initialized after loss-of-lock, providing high availability. This technique requires reliable ambiguity resolution: incorrect ambiguities can cause position errors of several meters, and failed ambiguity resolution reduces availability.

Ambiguity and conflict in sentencing research: Partial resolution through crime-specific analysis

Journal of Criminal Justice, 1985
Prior research on factors influencing sentence severity has produced ambiguous findings. To resolve some of this ambiguity, a crime-specific approach to data analysis is proposed and tested. The research sample consists of 468 convictions resulting from 619 indictments for the crimes of murder, rape, aggravated assault, and robbery.

Research on Fast RTK GNSS Algorithm Based on Partial Ambiguity Resolution

2017
The key of GNSS RTK algorithm is the fast and reliable double difference integer ambiguity resolution. Currently widely used algorithm is the LAMBDA method based on the ambiguity search algorithm. But the search efficiency of LAMBDA method is gradually reduced with the increase of the degree of ambiguity.
