An Introduction to Economic Analysis of Pest Management: Concepts of Partial Budgeting Analysis
Pests have long posed a serious challenge in agricultural ecosystems, inflicting substantial economic losses on a global scale. In agricultural production, pests are often associated with crop yield losses, leading to a reduction in farm profits. This initial publication in the An Introduction to Economic Analysis of Pest Management series aims to ...

Poly(Alkoxythiophene) Rod‐Coil Block Copolymers for Organic Electrochemical Transistors
We present the first synthesis of poly(3‐alkoxythiophene) rod‐coil block copolymers as a new architecture for OMIECs. Incorporating PEG and PLLA coils can enhance device performance beyond the homopolymer. The figure‐of‐merit depends uniquely on coil length.

Surrogate‐Optimized Flow‐Guided Miniature Condenser for Rapid Exhaled Glucose Detection
A surrogate‐optimized miniature condenser guides humid exhaled flow toward cold surfaces to accelerate exhaled breath condensate collection. By improving vapor access within a compact footprint, the design increases sample yield. This enables post‐collection enrichment and rapid colorimetric glucose detection from dilute exhaled biomarkers within a 5 ...
