Toward a test of angular momentum coherence in a twin-atom interferometer
We present a scheme well-suited to investigate quantitatively the angular momentum coherence of molecular fragments. Assuming that the dissociated molecule has a null total angular momentum, we investigate the propagation of the corresponding atomic ...

Partially coherent nano-focused x-ray radiation characterized by Talbot interferometry
We have studied the spatial coherence properties of a nano-focused x-ray beam by grating (Talbot) interferometry in projection geometry. The beam is focused by a fixed curvature mirror system optimized for high flux density under conditions of partial coherence.

Neural‐network pipeline for real‐time DLIP surface‐quality monitoring: spectral entropy of WLI topographies is used to generate interpretable K‐means labels, which are transferred to time‐resolved photodiode traces. A compact dual‐input 1D‐CNN (signal + laser parameters) learns discriminative spatiotemporal features and predicts “OK/NOK” surface ...

Biometry in Silicone Oil Filled Eyes. A Review
The “gold standard” of modern vitreoretinal surgery is silicone oil tamponade of the vitreous cavity. The lens opacity development is in the list of complications of prolonged silicone oil eye filling (from 2 weeks to 2 years).

Theory of decoherence in a matter wave Talbot-Lau interferometer
We present a theoretical framework to describe the effects of decoherence on matter waves in Talbot-Lau interferometry. Using a Wigner description of the stationary beam the loss of interference contrast can be calculated in closed form.

Metasurfaces and Metadevices for Topological Electromagnetic Waves
Optical topologies refer to diverse topological localized structures made by diverse parameters of light fields, such as vortices, skyrmions, and hopfions. This article navigates a direction of metasurface‐based integrated devices for generation, manipulation and detection of novel topologies of light, which would be a rapidly growing interdisciplinary

Colloquium: Quantum interference of clusters and molecules
We review recent progress and future prospects of matter wave interferometry with complex organic molecules and inorganic clusters. Three variants of a near-field interference effect, based on diffraction by material nanostructures, at optical phase ...

This review elucidates the velocity–dispersion–attenuation coupling mechanisms of wave propagation in rock masses, compares six representative models, and reveals how pressure, temperature, mineral composition, and anisotropy jointly control dynamic responses in complex geological media.
