Tribes of cubic partial cubes [PDF]

open access: yesDiscrete Mathematics & Theoretical Computer Science, 2007
Partial cubes are graphs isometrically embeddable into hypercubes. Three infinite families and a few sporadic examples of cubic partial cubes are known.

On Antipodal and Diametrical Partial Cubes

open access: yesDiscussiones Mathematicae Graph Theory, 2021
We prove that any diametrical partial cube of diameter at most 6 is antipodal. Because any antipodal graph is harmonic, this gives a partial answer to a question of Fukuda and Handa [Antipodal graphs and oriented matroids, Discrete Math.

On Some Properties of Antipodal Partial Cubes

open access: yesDiscussiones Mathematicae Graph Theory, 2020
We prove that an antipodal bipartite graph is a partial cube if and only it is interval monotone. Several characterizations of the principal cycles of an antipodal partial cube are given.

On Some Characterizations of Antipodal Partial Cubes

open access: yesDiscussiones Mathematicae Graph Theory, 2019
We prove that any harmonic partial cube is antipodal, which was conjectured by Fukuda and K. Handa, Antipodal graphs and oriented matroids, Discrete Math. 111 (1993) 245–256.

Two-Dimensional Partial Cubes [PDF]

open access: yesThe Electronic Journal of Combinatorics, 2020
We investigate the structure of two-dimensional partial cubes, i.e., of isometric subgraphs of hypercubes whose vertex set defines a set family of VC-dimension at most 2. Equivalently, those are the partial cubes which are not contractible to the 3-cube $Q_3$ (here contraction means contracting the edges corresponding to the same coordinate of the ...

Maximal Partial Latin Cubes [PDF]

open access: yesThe Electronic Journal of Combinatorics, 2015
We prove that each maximal partial Latin cube must have more than $29.289\%$ of its cells filled and show by construction that this is a nearly tight bound. We also prove upper and lower bounds on the number of cells containing a fixed symbol in maximal partial Latin cubes and hypercubes, and we use these bounds to determine for small orders $n$ the ...

COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH BEHAVIOURS OF LAGOON–WATER CURED CEMENT-ALUMINIUM DROSS CONCRETE

open access: yesMağallaẗ Al-kūfaẗ Al-handasiyyaẗ, 2021
This study investigates the compressive strengths of concrete cubes and reinforced columns cast with partial replacement of cement using 0- 25 wt.% Aluminum dross (AlDr) and cured in Lagoon water for 7-42days and 1-6 months respectively.

Covering Partial Cubes with Zones [PDF]

open access: yesThe Electronic Journal of Combinatorics, 2014
A partial cube is a graph having an isometric embedding in a hypercube. Partial cubes are characterized by a natural equivalence relation on the edges, whose classes are called zones. The number of zones determines the minimal dimension of a hypercube in which the graph can be embedded. We consider the problem of covering the vertices of a partial cube

Experimental study on the performance of concrete mix with paper waste, waste plastic, quarry dust, and fly ash [PDF]

open access: yesЖурнал інженерних наук, 2021
In recent years, concrete in the construction industry has rapidly increased worldwide, including developing countries like India. The raw materials required to produce such a quantity require huge depletion of natural resources.
