Generalized derivatives and optimization problems for n-dimensional fuzzy-number-valued functions
In this paper, we present the concepts of generalized derivative, directional generalized derivative, subdifferential and conjugate for n-dimensional fuzzy-number-valued functions and discuss the characterizations of generalized derivative and ...

ABSTRACT Background Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) is a relapsing autoimmune disease of the central nervous system. High‐dose intravenous methylprednisolone (IVMP) is the standard first‐line therapy for acute attacks, although some patients remain refractory.

Uniform estimates for local properties of analytic functions in a complete Reinhardt domain
Using recent estimates of maximum modulus for partial derivatives of the analytic functions with bounded $\mathbf{L}$-index in joint variables we describe maximum modulus of these functions at the polydisc skeleton with given radii by the maximum modulus

ABSTRACT Introduction Pre‐dilution online hemodiafiltration (Pre‐HDF) is predominantly used in Japan, whereas post‐dilution online HDF (Post‐HDF) is more common in Europe. An asymmetric cellulose triacetate (ATA) membrane may improve biocompatibility.

ABSTRACT Introduction Bloodstream infections due to repeated vascular access (VA) puncture and circuit connections remain major concerns in hemodialysis. Therefore, we examined current practices for glove, disinfectant, and personal protective equipment (PPE) use according to VA type in national university hospitals in Japan.

Inequalities for Partial Moduli of Continuity and Partial Derivatives
We obtain pointwise and integral type estimates of higher-order partial moduli of continuity in C via partial derivatives. Also, a Gagliardo-Nirenberg type inequality for partial derivatives in a fixed direction is proved. Our methods enable us to study the case when different partial derivatives belong to different spaces, including the space L 1 ...

Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

On the boolean partial derivatives and their composition
AbstractThe main goal of this work is to introduce the relation between the partial boolean derivatives of an n-variable boolean function and their directional boolean derivatives.

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative
