Sampling of Multiple Variables Based on Partially Ordered Set Theory [PDF]
We introduce a new method for ranked set sampling with multiple criteria. The method relaxes the restriction of selecting just one individual variable from each ranked set. Under the new method for ranking, units are ranked in sets based on linear extensions in partially order set theory with considering all variables simultaneously.

Partial maps with domain and range: extending Schein's representation [PDF]
The semigroup of all partial maps on a set under the operation of composition admits a number of operations relating to the domain and range of a partial map. Of particular interest are the operations R and L returning the identity on the domain of a map

Compositional Correctness and Completeness for Symbolic Partial Order Reduction [PDF]
Partial Order Reduction (POR) and Symbolic Execution (SE) are two fundamental abstraction techniques in program analysis. SE is particularly useful as a state abstraction technique for sequential programs, while POR addresses equivalent interleavings in ...

Sufficient conditions for a T-partial order obtained from triangular norms to be a lattice [PDF]
summary:For a t-norm T on a bounded lattice $(L, \leq)$, a partial order $\leq_{T}$ was recently defined and studied. In [11], it was pointed out that the binary relation $\leq_{T} $ is a partial order on $L$, but $(L, \leq_{T} )$ may not be a lattice in

Uniqueness of shift and derivatives of meromorphic functions
This paper addresses the uniqueness problem concerning the j-th derivative of a meromorphic function $f(z)$ and the k-th derivative of its shift, $f(z+c),$ where $j,k$ are integers with $0\leq ...

On fractional order multiple integral transforms technique to handle three dimensional heat equation
In this article, we extend the notion of double Laplace transformation to triple and fourth order. We first develop theory for the extended Laplace transformations and then exploit it for analytical solution of fractional order partial differential ...

Some notes on U-partial order [PDF]
summary:In this paper, an equivalence on the class of uninorms on a bounded lattice is discussed. Some relationships between the equivalence classes of uninorms and the equivalence classes of their underlying t-norms and t-conorms are presented.
