Quasi-uniform completions of partially ordered spaces [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
In this paper we define partially ordered quasi-uniform spaces (X, U, ≤) (PO-quasi-uniform spaces) as those spaces with a biconvex quasi-uni- formity U on the poset (X, ≤) and give a construction of a (transitive) biconvex compatible quasi-uniformity on ...

Interpolation categories for conformal embeddings

open access: yesProceedings of the London Mathematical Society, Volume 133, Issue 3, September 2026.
Abstract In this paper, we give a diagrammatic description of the categories of modules coming from the conformal embeddings V(slN,N)⊂V(soN2−1,1)$\mathcal{V}({\mathfrak{sl}}_{N},N)\subset \mathcal{V}({\mathfrak{so}}_{{N}^{2}-1},1)$. A small variant of this construction (morally corresponding to a conformal embedding of glN${\mathfrak{gl}}_{N}$ level N ...

Ideals of Lattice Ordered Monoid

open access: yes, 2017
In this project the notion of an ideal of a lattice ordered monoid A is introduced. The notion of congruence relations on a lattice ordered monoid (l-monoid) A is also introduced and its relation with ideals of A is investigated.

On the positivity and integrality of coefficients of mirror maps

open access: yesBulletin of the London Mathematical Society, Volume 58, Issue 8, August 2026.
Abstract We present natural conjectural generalisations of the ‘positivity and integrality of mirror maps’ phenomenon, encompassing the mirror maps appearing in the Batyrev–Borisov construction of mirror Calabi–Yau complete intersections in Fano toric varieties as a special case.

Products of partially ordered quasigroups [PDF]

open access: yes, 1970
summary:We describe necessary and sufficient conditions for a direct product and a lexicographic product of partially ordered quasigroups to be a positive quasigroup.

Derivations as algebras

open access: yesJournal of the London Mathematical Society, Volume 114, Issue 2, August 2026.
Abstract Differential categories provide the categorical foundations for the algebraic approaches to differentiation. They have been successful in formalizing various important concepts related to differentiation, such as, in particular, derivations. In this paper, we show that the differential modality of a differential category lifts to a monad on ...

On congruences and ideals of partially ordered quasigroups [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
summary:Some results concerning congruence relations on partially ordered quasigroups (especially, Riesz quasigroups) and ideals of partially ordered loops are presented.

Monoid algebras over non-commutative rings [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
We define on an arbitrary ring A a family of mappings (σx,y) subscripted with elements of a multiplicative monoid G. The assigned properties allow to call these mappings as derivations of the ring A.

The asymptotic Mahler measure of Gaussian periods

open access: yesProceedings of the London Mathematical Society, Volume 133, Issue 2, August 2026.
Abstract We construct a sequence of cyclotomic integers (Gaussian periods) of particularly small Mahler measure/height. We study the asymptotics of their Mahler measure as a function of their conductor, to find that the growth rate is the (multivariate) Mahler measure of a family of log Calabi–Yau varieties of increasing dimension.

Maximal subgroups of free projection‐ and idempotent‐generated semigroups with applications to partition monoids

open access: yesProceedings of the London Mathematical Society, Volume 133, Issue 2, August 2026.
Abstract This paper investigates the maximal subgroups of a free projection‐generated regular ∗$*$‐semigroup PG(P)${{\textsf {PG}}}(P)$ over a projection algebra P$P$, and their relationship to the maximal subgroups of the free idempotent‐generated semigroup IG(E)${{\textsf {IG}}}(E)$ over the corresponding biordered set E=E(P)$E = {{\textsf {E}}}(P)$.
