We report diethylsilylium‐catalyzed reductive sulfonamidation of functionalized ketones to access β‐amino esters. Sub‐Terahertz Memristor Switches Using MoS2 by Liquid–Liquid Interface Assembly
Advanced Science, EarlyView.This work introduces application‐ready sub‐terahertz memristor switches fabricated from electrochemically exfoliated MoS2 nanosheets assembled at a liquid–liquid interface. The devices exhibit robust unipolar resistive switching, low insertion loss, and high isolation across 10–110 GHz.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.We report photostable, photoluminescent deep eutectic solvents (DESs) powered by in situ‐formed zero‐dimensional (0D) halometallates. Stabilized by microenvironment‐controlling hydrogen bond acceptor (HBA) and donor (HBD) networks, these DESs exhibit vibrant, metal ion‐tunable emission (PLQY = 60.2%).
