One model for magnetic solar neutrino interactions, cosmological neutrino decays, and new particle resonant production by interactions of neutrinos from Cygnus X-3

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 1988
Abstract Standard model extensions which include a charged, weak-singlet scalar particle can induce an electron-neutrino magnetic moment large enough to implement the Voloshin-Vysotski-Okun solution to the solar neutrino problem and observed anticorrelation of sunspots and neutrino flux.

Measurement of Born cross sections of e + e − → Ξ 0 Ξ ¯ 0 $$ {e}^{+}{e}^{-}\to {\Xi}^0{\overline{\Xi}}^0 $$ and search for charmonium(-like) states at s $$ \sqrt{s} $$ = 3.51–4.95 GeV

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
Using e + e − collision data collected by the BESIII detector at BEPCII corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 30 fb −1, we measure Born cross sections and effective form factors for the process e + e − → Ξ 0 Ξ ¯ 0 $$ {e}^{+}{e}^{-}\to {\Xi}^0 ...

Probing the Phase Boundary between Hadronic Matter and the Quark-Gluon-Plasma in Relativistic Heavy Ion Collisions [PDF]

open access: yes, 1996
We discuss recent data on particle production with emphasis on the degree of thermal and chemical equilibration achieved. The data are interpreted in terms of a resonance gas model.

In Situ Constructed Magnetic Core‐Shell Hydrogen‐Bonded Organic Framework‐on‐Metal–Organic Framework Structure: an Efficient Catalyst for Peroxymonosulfate Activation

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In this work, a magnetic core‐shell catalyst (HOF‐on‐Fe3O4/ZIF‐67) is successfully synthesized, consisting of a metal–organic framework (ZIF‐67) with magnetic Fe3O4 as the core and a porous hydrogen‐bonded organic framework (HOF) as the shell. The catalyst efficiently activated peroxymonosulfate, resulting in rapid and effective removal of water ...

Cross section measurements of the e + e − → D *+ D *− and e + e − → D *+ D − processes at center-of-mass energies from 4.085 to 4.600 GeV

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
The Born cross sections of the e + e − → D *+ D *− and e + e − → D *+ D − processes are measured using e + e − collision data collected with the BESIII experiment at center-of-mass energies from 4.085 to 4.600 GeV, corresponding to an integrated ...

Ideal Molecular Sieving with a Dense MOF for Helium Upgrading with Highly Diffusion Selective Mixed Matrix Membranes

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The separation of Helium gas from natural gas is challenging but highly important. MIL‐116(Ga), a “non‐porous” metal–organic framework is used as a molecular sieve to separate He from CH4. Druse‐like MIL‐116(Ga) particles are integrated into polysulfone mixed matrix membranes.

Search for a pentaquark state decaying into pJ/ψ in Υ(1, 2S) inclusive decays at Belle

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
Using the data samples of 102 million Υ(1S) and 158 million Υ(2S) events collected by the Belle detector, we search for a pentaquark state in the pJ/ψ final state from Υ(1, 2S) inclusive decays.

Search for decays of the 125 GeV Higgs boson into a Z boson and a ρ or ϕ meson

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2020
Decays of the 125 GeV Higgs boson into a Z boson and a ρ0(770) or ϕ(1020) meson are searched for using proton-proton collision data collected by the CMS experiment at the LHC at s $$ \sqrt{s} $$ = 13 TeV.

Final state interaction in the production of heavy unstable particles

open access: yes, 1996
We make an attempt to discuss in detail the effects originating from the final state interaction in the processes involving production of unstable elementary particles and their subsequent decay.

Towards the theory of reheating after inflation [PDF]

open access: yes, 1997
Reheating after inflation occurs due to particle production by the oscillating inflaton field. In this paper we describe the perturbative approach to reheating, and then concentrate on effects beyond the perturbation theory. They are related to the stage
