Peridynamics simulation of particle crushing
2019By means of Peridynamic simulations [1], we investigate the breakage mechanics of particles under he action of external forces. The particles have an internal texture composed of a distribution of cleavages (micro-cracks), representing the natural inhomogeneity of the particles.
