Metal‐tetracene dimeric complexes are synthesized through the pyridyl coordination to either Pt(II) or Pd(II). Photophysical properties are systematically compared as a function of the metal using steady‐state and time‐resolved spectroscopy. The Pt(II) dimer exhibits efficient intramolecular singlet fission and subsequent intramolecular up‐conversion ...

Correlation between directions of movement of internal conversion electron and beta-particle
Study of the correlation between the motion of conversion electron (as an accompanying particle) and β particle (as the main particle) was performed for the decay of 152Eu on installation to measure double and triple coincidences of γ-quanta with β ...

Non-leptonic decays of charmed and beautiful particles
By fitting simultaneously the values of ζ-1/Nc and αs(mc2) on the inclusive rates of the Cabibbo allowed decaysD, F→PP andD→PV, which are independent of the final state interactions, we find ζ=0 and αs(mc2)=0.44. This value for ζ is the same found by other authors [1, 4].

Unruh effect and particle decay
Abstract We review the study of the inverse β-decay of uniformly accelerated protons in the context of neutrino flavor mixing. Letting ourselves be guided by some core theoretical principles, such as the general covariance of Quantum Field Theory and the conservation law of the family lepton numbers built into the Standard Model, we ...

Quantum Emitters in Hexagonal Boron Nitride: Principles, Engineering and Applications
Quantum emitters in hexagonal boron nitride have emerged as a promising candidate for quantum information science. This review examines the fundamentals of these quantum emitters, including their level structures, defect engineering, and their possible chemical structures.

Unveiling the Secrets of Vortex Neutron Decay
Investigation of decay and scattering processes of particles in a vortex state offers a novel and promising approach for probing particle structure. Our study reveals distinct properties of vortex neutron decay, which deviate from those of classical ...

Using M_T2 to Distinguish Dark Matter Stabilization Symmetries
We examine the potential of using colliders to distinguish models with parity (Z_2) stabilized dark matter (DM) from models in which the DM is stabilized by other symmetries, taking the latter to be a Z_3 symmetry for illustration. The key observation is
