The effect of particle size on the crystallization LiGe2(PO4)3 phase from glass [PDF]
The glass was prepared by the standard melt-quenching technique. The crystallization of powder glass from the system Li2O-Al2O3-GeO2-P2O5 was studied.

Evolutionarily divergent DUF4465 domains have a common vitamin B12‐binding function
We show that DUF4465 family proteins, widespread across bacteria from gut microbiomes, hydrothermal vents, and soil, share a common vitamin B12‐binding function. These augmented β‐jellyroll proteins bind vitamin B12 via extended loops. Our findings establish sequence‐diverse DUF4465 proteins as a widespread class of B12‐binding proteins, highlighting ...

Particle-like structure of Lie algebras [PDF]
If a Lie algebra structure 𝔤 on a vector space is the sum of a family of mutually compatible Lie algebra structures 𝔤i’s, we say that 𝔤 is simply assembled from the 𝔤i’s. Repeating this procedure with a number of Lie algebras, themselves simply assembled from the 𝔤i’s, one obtains a Lie algebra assembled in two steps from 𝔤i’s, and so on.

Investigating Bar Structure of Disc Galaxies via PRIMAL: A PaRtIcle-by-particle M2M ALgorithm
We have modified our particle-by-particle adaptation of the made-to-measure (M2M) method, with the aim of modelling the Galactic disc from upcoming Galactic stellar survey data.

Systemic dysregulation of apolipoproteins in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis serum
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a fatal disease that damages motor neurons. This study found that people with ALS show significant changes in blood fats and the proteins that carry them. Several apolipoproteins were higher, lipid balances were altered, and normal protein–lipid relationships were disrupted.

Degeneracy Structure of the Calogero-Sutherland Model: an Algebraic Approach
The degeneracy structure of the eigenspace of the N-particle Calogero-Sutherland model is studied from an algebraic point of view. Suitable operators satisfying SU(2) algebras and acting on the degenerate eigenspace are explicitly constructed for the two

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Intelligent evaluation of sandstone rock structure based on a visual large model
Existing sandstone rock structure evaluation methods rely on visual inspection, with low efficiency, semi-quantitative analysis of roundness, and inability to perform classified statistics in particle size analysis.
