Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

A CONJECTURE CONCERNING THE RECIPROCAL PARTITION THEORY [PDF]

open access: yes, 1997
In this paper we prove that there exist infInitely many disjoint sets of posItIve integers which the sum of whose reciprocals is equal to ...

Partition Function of the Schwarzschild Black Hole

open access: yesEntropy, 2011
We consider a microscopic model of a stretched horizon of the Schwarzschild black hole. In our model the stretched horizon consists of a finite number of discrete constituents.

Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Matrix string partition function [PDF]

open access: yes, 1998
We evaluate quasiclassically the Ramond partition function of Euclidean D=10 U(N) super Yang-Mills theory reduced to a two-dimensional torus. The result can be interpreted in terms of free strings wrapping the space-time torus, as expected from the point

Clinical performance of the urine‐based TERT promoter AbsoluteQ Digital PCR for non‐invasive detection of bladder cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

TWO IDENTITIES INVOLVING THE CUBIC PARTITION FUNCTION [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
We give a very elementary proof of an identity involving the cubic partition function and we also give an elementary proof of a new identity for the cubic partition function which is analogs to Zuckerman's identity for the ordinary partition function.

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

β-ensembles for toric orbifold partition function [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
We investigate combinatorics of the instanton partition function for the generic four dimensional toric orbifolds. It is shown that the orbifold projection can be implemented by taking the inhomogeneous root of unity limit of the q-deformed partition ...

Recursive formulae for the multiplicative partition function

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1999
For a positive integer n, let f(n) be the number of essentially different ways of writing n as a product of factors greater than 1, where two factorizations of a positive integer are said to be essentially the same if they differ only in the order of the
