The Importance of Scale in the Future of Mangrove Blue Carbon Under Sea‐Level Rise
Abstract As efficient carbon sinks, mangrove forests are crucial for climate change mitigation. However, their vulnerability to sea‐level rise (SLR) and human activities influencing sediment supply introduces significant uncertainty regarding their future carbon storage capacity.

Polarized parton densities and spin dependent structure function of the nucleon
We study the polarized parton distribution functions (PPDFs) from recent experimental data at the next-to-leading order (NLO) approximation in the fixed-flavor number scheme.

Note on lattice regularization and equal-time correlators for parton distribution functions [PDF]
We show that a recent interesting idea to circumvent the difficulties with the continuation of parton distribution functions to the Euclidean region, that consists in looking at equal time correlators between proton states of infinite momentum ...

Flavor hierarchy of parton energy loss in quark-gluon plasma from a Bayesian analysis
The quenching of light and heavy flavor hadrons in relativistic heavy-ion collisions probes the color and flavor dependences of parton energy loss through a color-deconfined quark-gluon plasma (QGP), and thus offers an important test of QCD-based ...

Unbiased Polarised Parton Distribution Functions and their Uncertainties
We present preliminary results on the determination of spin-dependent, or polarised, Parton Distribution Functions (PDFs) from all relevant inclusive polarised DIS data. The analysis is performed within the NNPDF approach, which provides a faithful and statistically sound representation of PDFs and their uncertainties.

New approach in the quantum statistical parton distribution
An attempt to find simple parton distribution functions (PDFs) based on quantum statistical approach is presented. The PDFs described by the statistical model have very interesting physical properties which help to understand the structure of partons ...

Exploring twist-4 chiral-even GPDs in the light-front quark-diquark model
In this work, we delve into the realm of quantum chromodynamics (QCD) by calculating twist-4 chiral-even generalized parton distributions (GPDs), within the context of the light-front quark-diquark model (LFQDM), focusing specifically on the intriguing ...

Gluon quasidistribution function at one loop
We study the unpolarized gluon quasidistribution function in the nucleon at one loop level in the large momentum effective theory. For the quark quasidistribution, power law ultraviolet divergences arise in the cut-off scheme and an important observation

Generalized parton distributions of pion for non-zero skewness in AdS/QCD
We study the generalized parton distributions (GPDs) of pion for non-zero skewness by considering the leading |qq¯〉 Fock state component. Inspired from AdS/QCD light-front wave functions, we calculate the pion GPDs.
