Multi-jet production in deep inelastic scattering with Pythia
Journal of High Energy PhysicsWe introduce multi-jet merging for deep inelastic scattering in the Vincia parton shower in the Monte Carlo event generator Pythia 8. Merging combines event samples of different parton multiplicities with logarithmically enhanced parton-shower radiation.

Parton shower matching and merging [PDF]
Proceedings of Corfu Summer Institute 2017 "Schools and Workshops on Elementary Particle Physics and Gravity" — PoS(CORFU2017), 2018 With Run-II of the LHC starting its final year of data-taking, high precision theoretical predictions through Monte-Carlo event generators whose uncertainties match that of the recorded data are of highest importance.
