Inflation targeting and exchange rate pass through in Pakistan: Markov switching approach
This study uses Markov switching model to empirically track the existence of exchange rate pass through and inflation trends in Pakistan from 1982 to 2016. The results reveal a direct relationship between pass through and inflation. Furthermore, interest

Monitoring circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in patients with operable breast cancer can reveal disease relapse earlier than radiology in a subset of patients. The failure to detect ctDNA in some patients with recurrent disease suggests that ctDNA could serve as a supplement to other monitoring approaches.

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Industrial pricing in Brazil in the 2010s: The pass-through effect
The aim of this paper is to discuss the impact of costs on industrial inflation in Brazil. Assuming that inflation is mainly cost-push, this paper estimates the exchange rate pass-through on industrial prices. Based on Kalecki’s price equation, the paper

Gut Evolution![Figure][1] Comb jellies have through-guts. PHOTO: ANDREY NEKRASOV/ALAMY STOCK PHOTO Our understanding of how guts evolved has included a long-held misconception. Despite reports dating back to the 1800s of a gut with more than one opening in metazoans (jellies and comb jellies), textbooks often present this group as having a sac-like

Therapeutic strategies for MMAE‐resistant bladder cancer through DPP4 inhibition
We established monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE)‐resistant bladder cancer (BC) cell lines by exposure to progressively increasing concentrations of MMAE in vitro. RNA sequencing showed DPP4 expression was increased in MMAE‐resistant BC cells. Both si‐DPP4 and the DPP4 inhibitor sitagliptin suppressed the viability of MMAE‐resistant BC cells.

EXCHANGE RATE PASS-THROUGH IN TURKEY: HATEMİ-J ASYMMETRIC CAUSALITY TEST
Along with globalization, as trade barriers among countries have been removed, changes in exchange rates have further increased the impact on the domestic economies. One of the effects of movements in exchange rates appears in inflation rate.

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.
