Intrinsically Ultrahigh‐Rate Charging Capability of Conversion Reaction Cathodes and Its Origin: A Mechanism Study on FeS2

open access: yesCarbon Energy, EarlyView.
Origin of the ultrahigh‐rate charge capability of FeS2: FeS2 demonstrates exceptional high‐rate charging capability, delivering 92% capacity retention at 10 C and maintaining as much as 60% capacity retention even at 30 C. This originates from an ultrahigh apparent diffusion coefficient involving both Li+ and Fe2+.

Network structure of subway passenger flows [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Statistical Mechanics: Theory and Experiment, 2016
The results of transportation infrastructure network analyses have been used to analyze complex networks in a topological context. However, most modeling approaches, including those based on complex network theory, do not fully account for real-life traffic patterns and may provide an incomplete view of network functions.

Improved Long-Term Forecasting of Passenger Flow at Rail Transit Stations Based on an Artificial Neural Network

open access: yesApplied Sciences
When new rail stations or lines are planned, long-term planning for decades to come is required. The short-term passenger flow prediction is no longer of practical significance, as it only takes a few factors that affect passenger flow into consideration.
