RAPD-based genetic linkage maps of yellow passion fruit (Passiflora edulisSims. f.flavicarpaDeg.)

Genome, 2002
A single cross between two clones of passion fruit (Passiflora edulis Sims. f. flavicarpa Deg., 2n = 18) was selected for genetic mapping. The mapping population was composed of 90 F1plants derived from a cross between 'IAPAR 123' (female parent) and 'IAPAR 06' (male parent).

Comprehensive analysis of in vitro to field transition of micromorphology and leaf architecture in Passiflora edulis Sims. f. flavicarpa Deg.

Indian Journal of Plant Physiology, 2017
This study elucidate the micromorphological changes and leaf architectural developments of in vitro (multiplication phase) and in vivo transferred (acclimatized plants in the field) micropropagated plantlets of Passiflora edulis Sims. f. flavicarpa Deg.

A novel approach for the definition of the inorganic medium components for micropropagation of yellow passionfruit (Passiflora edulis sims. F. Flavicarpa Deg.)

In Vitro Cellular & Developmental Biology - Plant, 2000
Mineral deficiency symptoms were observed in leaves of yellow passionfruit plantlets grown in MS medium (Murashige and Skoog, 1962) with 1.0 mg l−1 (3.0 μM) gibberellic acid. Initially, leaves showed interveinal chlorosis, followed by bleaching of the leaves and retarded growth.
