An Efficient Hybrid Islanding Detection Method for Microgrids Using Kalman Filter
Islanding condition gives rise to several problems in distributed generation networks, including power quality disturbances, equipment damage, interference with grid protection, and danger to the utility crews. During islanding condition, the distributed

Uniform monolayer Cr2Ge2Te6 films are achieved on Si substrates by molecular beam epitaxy. Intrinsic ferromagnetism with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy is established in the films by anomalous Hall effect and superconducting quantum interference device measurements, albeit with strong magnetic fluctuations characteristic of its 2D nature.

We generate hafnium nanostructures by first depositing polystyrene particles of varying diameter followed by physical vapour deposition of hafnium thin films. The resultant structure shows a kill‐on‐contact effect against both Gram‐negative Escherichia coli and Gram‐positive Staphylococcus aureus.

Low‐temperature passivation of SiC reveals that optical surface quality and chemical stability are not directly correlated. Ar plasma‐treated and SiNx‐passivated surfaces yield the lowest photoluminescence background, whereas CF4 plasma and ALD‐grown dielectrics introduce higher emission.
