Linear‐Nonlinear‐Linear Sandwich‐Structured Polymer Composites With Metal‐Organic Framework (MOF)‐Enhanced Insulating Layers and Horizontally Oriented Nanotube‐Filled Polarization Layer for High Energy Storage Performance

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
A linear‐nonlinear‐linear (LNL) sandwich dielectric film was rationally designed for high energy storage. Its outer linear layers are MOF (ZIF‐8)‐enhanced PEI composites (EZ), and the middle nonlinear layer is an electrospun‐hot‐pressed P(VDF‐HFP)/TNTs composite (PT) with horizontally oriented TNTs.

A fast disturbance cancellation scheme for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing‐based passive radar exploiting reciprocal filter

open access: yesIET Radar, Sonar & Navigation
This paper proposes a simple non‐adaptive approach for the suppression of direct signal and clutter contributions in a passive radar system based on orthogonal frequency division multiplexing transmissions, exploiting the properties of a reciprocal ...

Land clutter statistics in passive bistatic radar

open access: yes
93119Passive operation is an important operational concept for future airborne radar platforms. Successful target detection requires an understanding of the underlying clutter statistics in order to set the detection threshold accurately.

Platform echo and cross‐eye jamming against active‐passive composite monopulse radars

open access: yesIET Radar, Sonar & Navigation
Active‐passive composite monopulse radar (APCMR) enhances the anti‐jamming capability by combing the advantages of active radars and passive radars. Previous studies have discussed the effectiveness of cross‐eye jamming against APCMR in a simplified ...

Monitoring and assessment for obstructive sleep apnea

open access: yesFlexMat, EarlyView.
This review systematically classifies Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) monitoring indicators into three categories: physical, biochemical, and electrophysiological indicators, and lists several methods for each category. Abstract Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a common chronic sleep‐disordered breathing disease characterized by recurrent upper airway ...

DETERMINING THE DISTANCE TO THE TARGET IN PASSIVE RADAR OF SURFACE OBJECTS [PDF]

open access: yesRadio Physics and Radio Astronomy
Subject and Purpose. While outperforming active radar methods for range, stealth, and energy consumption, passive radar has a significant disadvantage: it cannot determine the target distance and coordinates when only one reference receiving point is ...

Integrated MIMO Passive Radar Target Detection

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Signal Processing
Integrated passive radar (IPR) can be regarded as next generation passive radar technology, which aims to integrate communication and radar systems. Unlike conventional passive radar, which does not prioritize communication-centric radar technology, IPR technology places a higher priority on incorporating specific radar constraints to develop waveforms
