Life‐Threatening Bradycardia in Anti‐NMDA‐Receptor Encephalitis and a Novel Use for Permanent Pacing
ABSTRACT Background Pediatric anti‐NMDA receptor encephalitis (pNMDARE) is an autoantibody‐mediated disorder that can cause severe autonomic dysfunction, including symptomatic bradycardia and asystole. Dysautonomia can last for years, making it very challenging to manage.

In this paper, a distributed 3-D pose synchronization law is proposed for a group of networked quadrotors. The quadrotor network consisting of multiple quadrotors with dynamics and interconnection topology between them is first defined, and then, the ...

Direct Passive Navigation [PDF]
In this correspondence, we show how to recover the motion of an observer relative to a planar surface from image brightness derivatives. We do not compute the optical flow as an intermediate step, only the spatial and temporal brightness gradients (at a minimum of eight points).

Remote Monitoring in Myasthenia Gravis: Exploring Symptom Variability
ABSTRACT Background Myasthenia gravis (MG) is a rare, autoimmune disorder characterized by fluctuating muscle weakness and potential life‐threatening crises. While continuous specialized care is essential, access barriers often delay timely interventions. To address this, we developed MyaLink, a telemedical platform for MG patients.

Accelerated Distributed Primal-Dual Dynamics Using Adaptive Synchronization
This paper proposes an adaptive primal-dual dynamics for distributed optimization in multi-agent systems. The proposed dynamics incorporates an adaptive synchronization law that reinforces the interconnection strength between the coupled agents.

Educational passivity – from theory to practice
The article offers a review of “Passivity at school” by Pierzchała (2013) in terms of the implications for theory and practice of transactional analysis. The main findings from the research project were summarised and compared to other studies concerning

GHM: A generalized Hamiltonian method for passivity test of impedance/admittance descriptor systems [PDF]
A generalized Hamiltonian method (GHM) is proposed for passivity test of descriptor systems (DSs) which describe impedance or admittance input-output responses. GHM can test passivity of DSs with any system index without minimal realization.

Objective We aimed to test the efficacy of personalized treatment of older Veterans with chronic low back pain (CLBP) delivered by Aging Back Clinics (ABC) as compared with usual care (UC). Methods Two hundred ninety‐nine Veterans age 65‐89 with CLBP from 3 VA medical centers underwent baseline testing, randomization to ABC or UC and 12 months follow ...
