On buckling of porous double-layered FG nanoplates in the Pasternak elastic foundation based on nonlocal strain gradient elasticity

Abstract In the present investigation, the buckling behaviours of porous double-layered functionally graded nanoplates in hygrothermal environment are presented for the first time. The nonlocal strain gradient theory with two material scale parameters is developed to examine buckling behaviour much accurately.

   In this study, the effects of elasticfoundation on the frequencies of the heterogeneous orthotropic plates usingshear deformation plate theory are investigated. Pasternak elastic foundationmodel is used to define the reaction of two-parameter elastic media on theplate. The formulation of the problem is based on the Donnell type platetheory.
