Under the surveillance of dual fluoroscopic imaging system (DFIS), the MCKOA side tibia showed more flexed and varus rotations and more posterior, lateral, proximal translations than its native side during daily extension, consistent with the extra medial shifts of contact patterns on MCKOA side tibial plateau.

This large, single‐center study provides a comprehensive cross‐sectional overview of cartilage injuries among 25,293 patients who underwent primary knee arthroscopy between 2017 and 2023. We found an overall prevalence of 66.2%, with 26.6% classified as severe (Outerbridge Grade III–IV).

The angle formed between the measurement line P1P2 and the line T1T2 was designated as the Lateral Alignment Angle (LAA). This angle is used to evaluate the lateral patellar tilt. The LAA is a stable, accurate measurement that minimizes morphological influence on patellofemoral joint assessment.
