Patellar Tendon Reconstruction Using Hamstring Tendon and Adjustable Suspensory Cortical Fixation
Chronic patellar tendon rupture is a rare injury; extensor mechanism impairment leads to great disability in daily life. The delayed diagnosis and reconstruction of chronic patellar tendon ruptures are technically challenging.

Biomechanical effects of patellar taping in subjects with patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS).
PhDPatellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS) is one of the most common musculoskeletal disorders affecting adults. Patellar taping provides an effective treatment in alleviating the symptoms of a high proportion of subjects who present with PFPS.

Abstract Lateral hinge fracture is a frequent complication of medial opening‐wedge high tibial osteotomy. Previous strategies—such as inserting an additional third Kirschner wire (K‐wire) from the lateral tibial cortex—reinforce the lateral cortex but do not address the potential fracture line that propagates proximally toward the tibial plateau and ...

A Case of Rupture of the Patellar Ligament with STATAK.
We treated one case of parellar ligament rupture with STATAK soft tissue attachment device. The patient, a 50-year-old man fell from a height of 4 to 5m and injured his left knee joint. A rupture of the patellar ligament was diagnosed and five days later we operated on him, suturing the patellar ligament using STATAK.

Regarding the issue of the patellar ligament
The available literature lacks sufficient data on the biometrics of this ligament. The patellar ligament and the patella are frequently studied in morphological research, but they have been examined separately.
