In a multicenter retrospective cohort study with over 10 years of follow‐up, middle‐aged (45–65) varus knee osteoarthritis patients had equivalent clinical outcomes after open‐wedge high tibial osteotomy (OWHTO) or total knee arthroplasty (TKA).
