Statistical analysis of a dynamical multifragmentation path [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review C, 2006
A microcanonical multifragmentation model (MMM) is used for investigating whether equilibration really occurs in the dynamical evolution of two heavy ion collisions simulated via a stochastic mean field approach (SMF). The standard deviation function between the dynamically obtained freeze-out fragment distributions corresponding to the reaction $^{129}

Analysis of negative magnetoresistance: Statistics of closed paths. II. Experiment [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review B, 2000
It is shown that a new kind of information can be extracted from the Fourier transform of negative magnetoresistance in 2D semiconductor structures. The procedure proposed provides the information on the area distribution function of closed paths and on the area dependence of the average length of closed paths.

Analysis of negative magnetoresistance: Statistics of closed paths. I. Theory [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review B, 2000
Statistics of closed paths in two-dimensional (2D) systems, which just determines the interference quantum correction to conductivity and anomalous magnetoconductance, has been studied by computer simulation of a particle motion over the plane with randomly distributed scatterers. Both ballistic and diffusion regimes have been considered.
